English is a Superpower of our VA’s

When I first considered moving our entire customer service team offshore, I hesitated.

Would customers struggle with accents?  Would communication be clunky or impersonal?

Fast forward to today-our entire ecommerce customer service team is based in the Philippines.

If you call us, the phone is answered in the Philippines.
If you email or text, a Filipino team member is your first responder.

And guess what?

At least once a week, a customer walks into our Granger office asking for one of our reps by name-Cheryl.

They’re convinced she’s in our Indiana office.

Why? Because her English is clear, professional, and friendly-and her service is exceptional.

In the Philippines, English is one of the official languages.  It is taught in schools, used in universities and part of daily life.  Even signs, menus, and government documents are often in English!

Since 2015, we’ve received zero complaints about miscommunication.  Not one.

So if you’re worried about language barriers-don’t be.

Filipino professionals are smart, articulate and truly world-class.
