Determine Your Needs

Hire Like A Champion collaborates with you to determine your hiring needs. You tell us the ideal skill set of your future contractor including education, skills, software knowledge, experience, and personality. You also tell us how many hours you expect to need them (we can hire for full time, part time, or project based work) and which hours you need them to work. We learn about your style and what will make a great hire for you.

Source Candidates

At Hire Like A Champion we search far and wide for the perfect candidates to fill your role. We post your position on job boards and social media groups throughout the Philippines. We typically receive more than 80 applicants for each job opening.

STEP 3

Screen Candidates

Our candidates are thoroughly vetted to ensure quality and reliability. Hire Like A Champion conducts skills tests, background checks, reference checks, and interviews to ensure an excellent match.

STEP 4

Present Candidates

We choose only Champions, the top 1 to 2 percent of applicants, to discuss with you. We usually present two or three candidates for your review. You can interview them and select your perfect match. If we miss the mark, we are glad to reassess and present a different group to you. You are under no obligation and there is no fee for our search.

Onboard Candidates

When you have selected your candidate, Hire Like A Champion handles all contracts, onboarding including a time tracker, and everything needed to get them up and running with your team.

STEP 6

Ongoing Support

Hire Like A Champion is here for the long haul. We handle all payments to the contractor and assist you with effective communication strategies and delegation tips that have worked for us. We check in with you periodically to ensure that you and the contractor are having a positive experience.
